Like many of the golf course homes in Teravista, both the interior and exterior of the home is required to be on a more ‘upgraded’ level from the builder than the other homes in the community. Although buyers can select these upgrades in any of the homes in Teravista, the golf course homes are automatically held to a higher set of upgrades.
