And, it gets even better: her interest rate with the bond is set at a 3.5% fixed rate! The community is beautiful! Great location, Round Rock Schools, community pool, and even low property taxes of only 2.13%! There’s a 10 year warranty paid by the builder and of course the title policy to guarantee clear title.
The best part of this entire transaction is my client is so very excited and is closing today which is less than 30 days from our contract date! I love happy and excited clients and ones that get exactly what they want in a home! She said this is a dream come true!
