The Villas at Ladera is the entry-level section of the neighborhood and there are nine Taylor Morrison floor plans to choose from. They are the Milano, Calabria, Messina, Florian, Palazzio, Sicily, Benito, San Marino, and Roma floor plans. The Villas section is located to the south when entering the community off of Ladera Blvd.
The Enclave
The Enclave at Ladera is the higher-end section of the neigborhood and there are currently eight Taylor Morrison floor plans available.
