I just listed a great home that not only backs to a greenbelt, but it also is adjacent to the neighborhood park, Stoney Creek Park. It’s also at the very end of the street, with no through traffic. Talk about a perfect location! It’s a beautiful 1,664 sq. ft, two story home in the Northtown Park neighborhood in Pflugerville. As you can see from the pictures below, it has a regal brick front with plenty of curb appeal.
