We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Joe. He helped us purchased two homes in Steiner Ranch area and find a tenant within days for the second home as simple and successful as possible. Can you help with both buying and selling at the same time?
Yes. We coordinate timelines, negotiate occupancy options when available, and align financing and title milestones to reduce gaps between transactions. It can feel stressful to think through all the moving pieces, but rest assured that we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Do you work outside Austin city limits?
Yes. Austin is a large marketplace that includes several suburban cities, towns, and master-planned communities. We regularly serve nearby communities including Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Bastrop, and Manor.
How fast can a typical purchase close?
