Can you help with both buying and selling at the same time?
Yes. We coordinate timelines, negotiate occupancy options when available, and align financing and title milestones to reduce gaps between transactions. It can feel stressful to think through all the moving pieces, but rest assured that we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.

The largest pricing motivators include recent comparable sales, active and pending competition, micro-trend velocity by price band, property condition and improvements, and your timing goals.
Do you work outside Austin city limits?
Yes. Austin is a large marketplace that includes several suburban cities, towns, and master-planned communities. We regularly serve nearby communities including Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Bastrop, and Manor.
How fast can a typical purchase close?
Conventional financing often closes in about 30 days from the day a contract is signed. Cash and well-prepared files can be quicker, while unique situations may require more time.
